Just a quick update on where things are at.
On the digital file side the following are complete:
- Epic Adventures
- Hyperborean Adventures
- Shire Defense
- Perfect RPG Party Doesn't Exist
These have been uploaded to My Mini Factory and are pending approval. Pledges with these addons or All In pledges will begin to get invites to redeem these once they are approved. Additional file invites will follow for Death Wardens, Kings Undead (Currently in-progress), and the stretch goals for pledge levels that should receive them. One Gold Piece past monthly releases will also follow, these are having updates uploaded to them as well, which need approved too.
On the physical side, many miniatures have been printed, but we have ran into several continual issues with consistent printing with some of our printers, which has slowed down production. Replacement printers have been ordered from Epax, which has proven to be extremely reliable and consistent. These are currently being built by Epax and are expected to be with us next week. Some physical pledges will start to ship soon, its a bit of a slow process as many pledges are mixed and matched with items that are ready and items that aren't yet ready.
Overall despite some printer issues, and a bought of covid which caused some downtime, we remain on track for a January fulfillment of both digital and physical pledges.

Progress Update & Backerkit will close on the 13th of November

Models are being worked through each day for scaling adjustments if needed, as well as looking at and updating supports to bring some of the older models to the current standard. Each of these then go through multiple test prints, support removal, and checks for any issues.
Currently around 60% of the catalog has been completed, and we don't expect any issues with reaching the current fulfillment date of January.
We have also started physical printing of models that are ready, and will fulfill physical print orders as we can. At the moment, this mostly means halflings and hero characters, as the bulk of the model work to still process is the larger undead and dwarven army forces.
Finally Backerkit will be closing come the 13th! So please confirm your pledge/survey ASAP, and please reach out if you have any questions.

Backerkit / Pledge manager - Smoke test!

Hi Everybody,
The Backer kit setup has been approved, and I will now send a smoke test to 5% of the backers, in order to catch possible issues before this goes out to everybody.
I expect to have the results in about 3 days. Then I will invite all backers to confirm their pledges and open the pre-order store.

Thanks for the massive support!
We will take out our families and partners for some delicious treats tonight, and we will raise our glasses to you fine people!
Now with this being funded so well we will embark on the epic task of organizing fulfilment and preparing the files for you.
In the first step we will prepare the Backerkit pledge manager. From former experience I can say it shouldn't take longer than 2 weeks until we will send out the surveys. In about a month we'll lock the pledges made on Kickstarter, but we'll leave the pre-order stores open at least until December.
We will make monthly progress updates during the time leading up to the fulfilment. The frequency of updates will increase towards fulfilment.
