Hey everyone, I just wanted to post a quick update, as im seeing quite a few comments and emails requesting support of various sorts.
I’m currently on the road, moving the shop and my family from Montana to Texas. As such im not able to respond to much currently. I will circle back to everyone by this weekend though.

Final Fulfillment!

Hi everyone,
The final bits have been uploaded to My Mini Factory and emails sent out to all of you. Happy printing!!!
For you physical backers, all parcels are packed, and will be posted tomorrow. Those of you in the USA will see your parcels arrive within the week, those international, most likely 2-3 weeks, though this varies by country, customs, and how the wind blows lately.
General notes:
Working with resin - 1. Always clean / wash your minis before prepping and painting! 2. If a mini has bent parts, then you can straighten them under warm water or with the help of a hair dryer. 3. Plastic glue doesn't work on resin minis. 4. Avoid exposing your prints to excess sunlight until primed or painted. The resin will continue to harden further due to UV exposure, and become brittle.
Broken or missing minis - This does occasionally happen, and we're always happy to make things right. Please reach out to us under [email protected] if something is missing or broken or if you have a question.
Fulfillment Update - The Undead March

Just a quick update, to say that the Kings Undead portion of files has been completed, and My Mini Factory invites/updates have been sent out for those that backed it as an addon or as part of the Digital All In level.
OGP past monthly releases (with the exception of March 2021 waiting on Dwarves to be redone) have also been sent out.
We are now moving on to the Dwarven Death Wardens and after that the final few stretch goals. Once these are done the "Unreleased Files" pledge level/addon will be fulfilled.
We had aimed for an early February completion, but it looks like we are trending towards mid to late February at this point. Most of the physical pledges have been printed (with the exception of the dwarves now) and are being sorted and organized to begin going out finally too.

Happy New Years! - January Fulfilment Update

So a lot has been happening.
Supporting the models and doing test prints as well as physical production has been a massive challenge the last few weeks. The new Epax printers arrived, but it ends up they had switched to higher voltage power supplies and exposure times were incredibly different, (towards 50% less exposure per layer) one of the units needed a new main board, and on top of all of this we've been in a prolonged single digit and negative temperature cold snap, which created more challenges.
The good news is these are now up and running and producing high quality prints and allowing for test printing of supported models again as well. Also all the sculpts and splits needed for more advanced models are completed.
We are still aiming for wrapping up in January, but realistically we may slip into February.

We have started sending out My Mini Factory invites to redeem files that are ready.
If you are a Digital All In backer, you should have received an invite. (Check spam folder if you don't see one.) This will give you access to the files currently ready, and will be updated as the remainder of files are finished.
If you backed for one of the following:
- Epic Adventures
- Hyperborean Adventures
- Shire Defense / Halfling Adventures
You will have also received a My Mini Factory invite to your email.
Physical pledges are still being prepared, the new printers arrive tomorrow which will speed up this process greatly.
